ICT or Educational Technology Resource Centre At present we have an active SIT(Satellite Interactive Terminal) from SIRD, Kahikuchi, Guwahati,
Assam through which our Academic staff as well as D.El.Ed. students are engaged in video
conferencing emphasizes in various tropics of elementary education with HQ, D/SCERT, Assam,
Kahilipara.Students of D.El.Ed. have been introduced to Internet, net related subjects and power point
presentation included in ICT paper through three computers available in the institution.

The following are the programme/ activities came into effect under DIET, Sivasagar, Sonari to till date.

EVS/ Social Studies, Science and Mathematics for elementary school teachers.
- Training on School Readiness programme for LP teachers dealing with Ka-Shrenee.
- Training on Planning & Management for Upper Primary school Head Teacher/ Head Master.
